* Please prepare your own swimsuit, sunglasses, extra clothes, sunscreen, and personal medicine.
* You can order food on the yacht as option.
* Please check tour program and Q&A well before on the boarding yacht.

* Reservation with selecting the yacht program and date.
* Operator will check the reservation and give you the notice for payment by text message.
* Voucher will be sent to customer after reservation is completed.
* Under the age of 12 can book at the child rate.

* The voucher is only valid on the specified date and time.
* The tour program schedule can be changed due to weather and other reasons.
* Make sure to wear a life jacket when you go on the yacht or snorkeling.
You can get hurt by coral or aquatic organisms when dive to water without life jacket.
Please understand that we cannot be held responsible in the event of this accident.
* If you have allergies, please let me know in advance.
* Do not need much cash during the yacht tour, so please keep it in your safety place or hotel.
* We do not keep valuables and cash separately and were not responsible for losing them.
* You can join other hotel guests during the van Pick-up and Sending.
If you come out later than the scheduled pick-up time, the pick-up time may be delayed and other customers might feel uncomfortable.
Van service time can be delayed 5-10 minutes with the scheduled time.
In case of a special situation, please contact us and well respond right away.
Pick-up service is provided by local vehicle companies, not operating by yacht company.
* Collecting corals, shellfish, starfish, etc... are prohibited during island tour and snorkeling.
Feeding fish is also prohibited.
If the police crack you down, the fine will be 100,000 baht in Thai currency, so please keep that in mind.
* Please refrain boarding the yacht for those below.
Pregnant women, infants under the age of 2, the elderly over the age of 65, hypertensive patients, those with chronic diseases such as back, heart, and breathing.
Also, if you have surgery within 12 months, we do not recommend yacht tour.
In case of an accident, the yacht insurance is not applicable.
In the event of an accident or damage caused by personal health reasons, the tour operator or reservation agency is not responsible.
* Please smoke in the back of the yacht so that it does not make uncomfortable other customers.
* In the event of an arbitrary accident that is not objective, tour company is not responsible for those damages.

* Some yacht program include Thai buffet foods but some yacht program requires to order optional food.

* Cancellation police base on the local time of tour
Full refund when the customer cancel or change the date less than 8days in advance.
50% refund when the customer cancel the date between less than 7days and 3days in advance.
30% refund when the customer cancel the date less than 2days in advance.
No refund the day before booking date, the booking day, and No-Show.

* Tour schedule can be changed for customer safety.
* Customer has the right to cancel your confirmed booking without paying a cancellation charge in the event of ‘Unavoidable and Extraordinary Circumstances’. ‘Unavoidable and Extraordinary Circumstances’ means warfare, acts of terrorism, and natural disaster such as floods, earthquakes or weather conditions which make it impossible to travel safety to the travel destination.
* Cancellations made by customers in weather conditions that are not restricted by the marine authorities will not be refunded.
