※ Base on the local time of tour

Full refund when the customer cancel or change the date less than 8days in advance.

50% refund when the customer cancel the date between less than 7days and 3days in advance.

30% refund when the customer cancel the date less than 2days in advance.

No refund the day before booking date, the booking day, and No-Show.

* Tour schedule can be changed for customer safety

* Customer will get pick up time information by Email or messages prior to 1~2days of tour date.
